1. Introduction |
The Chairman opened the meeting at 08:00 hrs and welcomed everyone. |

2. Minutes of the Last Meeting |
The minutes of the last meeting were accepted as a true and accurate record. | |
3. Matters Arising |
There were no matters arising. | |

After brief discussion the following posts were finalised:

5. Financial Report |
The Treasurer provided a full statement of accounts. The balance
carried forward was £342.16 with this year’s financial
plan predicting a balance of £222.16 to be carried over. With
the League in a healthy financial state the Treasurer suggested affiliation
fees stay at £150 per team. Those present agreed this figure. |

6. Fixture List |
The Match Sec produced a fixture list for the coming season. | Station Reps |
7. A.O.B |
Points system. The Match Sec suggested a change to the points system
where points are gained for winning matches as opposed to penalty
points being awarded. This would not effect overall standings but
would however make ongoing points calculations after each match that
much easier. All were in agreement and after a short discussion mulling
over various examples of points systems it was decided to award the
winner of each match 20 points, second 19 etc. |

9. Closing Points |
There being no other business the meeting was closed at 08:30hrs,
the next meeting is due to being held on 21 Mar 06 at Cudmore. |
